2. 必须持有 minimum 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale for attempted general required program courses. 平均绩点计算 program selection will be on the general required MAT courses excluding ORI 110. Students can apply to the program before completion of the general education courses.
3. Submit the online health division 应用程序 with all required attachments by deadline. Applications received after deadline will be considered on a space available basis.

Any missing documentation may result in your 应用程序 being declined.

如何扫描成PDF格式

First time Dynamic Forms users will be required to “Create New Account” upon entering 在线申请.

5.  Selection
Meeting Minimal Requirements Does Not Guarantee Acceptance.  Students are selected on the basis of completion of all program requirements prior to the deadline and ranked based on 通识教育工作表 total.
